Free in store returns for all online purchases
In addition to your statutory rights, NINE WEST gladly offers the ability to return or exchange your items within the country of purchase. We offer a full refund on all full price items purchased and offer the ability to exchange all sale items purchased within 30 days of the date of purchase. In order to qualify for a refund or exchange all items must be unworn, in original packaging and provided with a receipt. There are three easy ways to return your Nine West items.
How do I return or exchange an item?
A receipt is required as proof of purchase on all refunds and exchanges.

Please contact our customer service team to discuss your online return. All full priced items that are unworn and in their original condition can be returned. We recommend items are returned to us via registered Australia Post to ensure that they are insured during transit. All 'return' postage costs will be at the customer's expense with the exception of faulty items. Please include proof of postage costs to be reimbursed for postage of faulty items. Please include your receipt and your returns form.
|Details||Full price items can also be returned to any Australian Nine West concept stores (excluding David Jones or Myer). Australian and International customers: returns must be sent within 30 days of receiving their order. We cannot facilitate exchanges via mail and therefore suggest returning and repurchasing the desired replacement items for the quickest turnaround. Alternatively, you can exchange your purchase at your local Australian concept store. Please note orders from our online store cannot be returned to our New Zealand concept store locations. Nine West does not offer refunds on sale items, however, we do offer the ability to exchange within 30 days at any Nine West concept store (excluding David Jones or Myer).|

You can return your eligible items to any Nine West concept store for an exchange, gift card or refund.
